Refund Request with Voucher due to COVID-19

Customers who have purchased Garuda Indonesia tickets with conditions:

Domestic

  1. All Garuda Indonesia Domestic Routes
  2. Individual ticket (not group ticket).
  3. Place of issued: Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Website, Mob Apps, Contact Center, Online Travel Agent, and Offline Travel Agent.
  4. Date of issued before and until 31 May 2020.
  5. Date of Travel 24 January 2020 – 30 June 2020.

International

  1. All Garuda Indonesia International Routes (Exclude MEA) and All Interline Routes.
  2. Individual ticket (not group ticket).
  3. Place of issued: Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Website, Mob Apps, Contact Center, Online Travel Agent, and Offline Travel Agent.
  4. Date of issued before and until 23 April 2020.
  5. Date of Travel 24 January 2020 – 31 July 2020.

Are eligible to refund their ticket with voucher and advised to submit all requests using the form below to:

  1. Maintain the value of their tickets.
  2. Extend the validity to 31 December 2021.
  3. Change travel plans in the future.
  4. Use it for other Garuda Indonesia product transactions

Refund with Travel Voucher Policy

Customers with eligible tickets can exchange the value of their tickets with travel voucher with the following conditions:
